When uninstalling PrizmDoc for Office 365 the mapping between your Accusoft Services key and your Office 365 tenant ID will remain in our database. This allows the user who originally installed and configured the key mapping to uninstall PrizmDoc for Office 365, but remaining users will be able to continue using the app with the same Accusoft Services key.

In some cases, to assure that your Accusoft Services key is not re-used or access by another user in your organization, you may choose to disassociate your Accusoft Services key with your Office 365 tenant ID.

Note you must be a tenant administrator to complete these steps.

1. Go to https://office.accusoft.com/viewer/account/configure
2. Select the form field containing your Accusoft Services key and delete the value.
3. Click Save Configuration.
